All the products are designed and made in Fashion Warehouse’s own facility.

Every product on our portal has a specific delivery time, which is mentioned on the respective page. For products that need customization the delivery time is 15-30 days from the day of receiving measurements. We generally need 10 working days for products which do not need customization, (if this is not possible, we will deliver as soon as we can).

The prices are inclusive of cost of product, service charge and all taxes. Shipping is free. What you see is what you pay to us for the product. No hidden costs. However some states may charge taxes and duties from the recipients. This is not in our control.

We deliver all over India. We use courier companies for cities where all possible. And for places that are not networked by courier companies, we use Indian postal service. For deliveries outside India please visit www.indianattire.com

We send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with the shipping details.

Fashion Warehouse shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves (in it's absolute discretion) a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond it's control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery. There may be some variation in the products as each of them is custom made. Generally the products will be similar to the pictures on the portal. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality.

Fashion Warehouse shall make every effort to deliver on time. Delayed deliver can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as customs and flight delays. In the circumstances beyond our control we request our customers to co-operate. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation if it does occur.

We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs, of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

All orders placed can be cancelled within 12hrs from the time of placing the order. However, incase if the ordered item is already shipped they cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customer may cancel an order without giving any reasons within 12 hours. Fashion Warehouse Refund Policy will govern any cancellation subsequent to this. There will be no Refund for products already dispatched. No Refund and Returns will be entertained for products that require customized tailoring, however if any alterations are required we will do it. The cost of the courier for sending the product back for alterations should be borne by the customer. Refund for order of other items will be at the discretion of Fashion Warehouse on the status of the order. If a refund is possible, an Administrative charge/Credit card processing and refunding charge of 10% of order value or Rs. 500/- , whichever is more will be deducted from the amount payable to the customer.
